We will accept returns and process money back refunds* on the item price only. Postage costs are not refundable.
Please notify us via email at email@example.com within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the item/s, so that we can provide with our address and outline the returns process.
The item/s must be returned to us in the same condition as they were sent (ie unworn and undamaged – other than any known flaws).
The item/s must be returned via a tracked Australia Post Parcel Post satchel ($8.50) and the satchel MUST be lodged at an Australia Post outlet, as a receipt will be provided as proof of lodgement.
Refunds will be provided via the initial payment method used. We do not provide refunds via cash, cheque or money orders.
